Steps to join The WOC
|
Joining the WOC is an eight step process and isn’t done solely online.

- 1. Send us your Name and your Company Name requesting Membership.
- 2.We will contact you to answer any questions and gain an understanding of your requirements and establish your initial Class of Membership.
- 3. Subject to committee approval and non-exclusivity, we will send you, via email, an e-Signature (Application).
- 4. Reply to the e-Signature (Application) by clicking “Reply” and “Send”. DO NOT modify or type a message into the reply.
- 5. Go to the DOU page and print it to a PDF file and email a copy to us. Download a PDF printer/file creator (Win2PDF).
DO NOT encrypt your PDF file.
- 6. An account will be created and we will send you an email with instructions on how to access your account.
- 7. Finalize your account setup.
- 7a. Login to your Account and setup your address and credit card information. "Change My Info."
Be sure to change your password.
- 7b. Print a copy of your invoice for your records. "- Select Invoice -" > "Current" > "Go"
- 7c. Pay your current invoice. "Make a Payment"
If necessary be sure to clear a large charge from TWClark with you card company beforehand.
- 8. When we receive your DOU and invoice payment we will post your Membership Certificate as
a PDF file in the
"Account Manager" section of TWClark's website in the "My Support Files"
section. We will also email you a copy. This document confirms your Membership in the WOC.
This will complete your registration. We will contact your for information needed to create you website and
setup your initial email.
