In 1996 he moved to Sugar Land, TX and was instrumental in the successful development of Internet applications for Oceaneering International, Brown & Root, Federal Industrial Products, DE WARDT AND COMPANY INC., and Compaq.

Tom is a Certified Data Processor and completed the Dynamics of Motivational Management program with SMI and prior to founding TWClark he served as IT and Programming Manager, Web Engineer and Developer in different firms.
